1) What happens when my order is placed?
The Modern Stripes team will review your order and if necessary contact you in the event of any
questions. You will receive a confirmation of your order including an order number via email.

3) What happens if I want to change my order?
The processing of your order will commence shortly after the order is placed. In the event you
wish to make any changes to a confirmed order please contact our customer service

4) What are the different payment options?
Secure payment can be made using most credit and debit cards online using our
secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is also accepted.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
We currently ship to UAE
Orders within Dubai are eligible for next day delivery if the order is placed before 2:00pm.
Orders outside Dubai, within the UAE will be shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends
and holidays)
*Please allow an additional processing time during busy periods such as sale seasons.
UAE flat shipping rate: 15 AED up to 4kg
All orders outside UAE are handled by our customer service team. Kindly contact

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Purchases must be returned in their original
packaging and in good condition. In order to exchange an item, please send an email
to themodernstripes@gmail.com with your order number and a list of the items you wish to
exchange.

Items on sale must be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
